As the owners and pet sitters of In Company Pet Sitting, LLC we would like to welcome you to our website!

We are Hank and Laura Sanchez. We started our company in September 2009 after relocating back to Charlotte due to a short stay in San Diego. Like many residents of Charlotte, we are transplants – Hank is originally from Bayonne, New Jersey and Laura is from New Orleans, Louisiana. We live in the South Charlotte area with our two precious cats, Gracie and Roux, whom we adopted from the San Diego Humane Society.

Being pet owners ourselves, we know how important it is to find the right "fit" when it comes to trusting someone else to care for your precious "furry" family member. It is a huge responsibility that should never be taken lightly. Because of this, we would like to proudly share with you two features of our company that we think are very important:

1) Not only are we a pet sitting company but we also use pet sitting services on a personal level as well. Because of this, we understand exactly what pet owners are looking for when they contact us – heartfelt care and concern for the well-being of their pet plus honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Our goal is for our clients to experience the same level of comfort, trust and “pet parent peace-of-mind” that we expect from a pet sitter. 

2) We are a small company. We strive to maintain a smaller, more manageable service area. The reason why we think this is important is that it allows us to maintain a one-on-one personal relationship with our clients and their pets -- something that we feel is so significant in type of business.
